IELTS does not have levels but rather scores ranging from 1 to 9 for each of the four sections:
Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking. The overall band score is an average of these. Each
of these sections is individually scored on a band scale from 1 to 9, with 9 being the highest.
The scores from these sections are then averaged to give an overall band score.
