In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not allowed the liability of laforet.in is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

7. Entire Agreement
You understand and agree that the above Terms constitute the entire general agreement between you and laforet.in. You may be subject to additional Terms and conditions when you use, purchase or access other services, affiliate services or third-party content or material.
8. Changes to the Terms
laforet.in reserves the right to modify these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion and without any notice. Changes to our Terms become effective on the date they are posted and your continued use of laforet.in after any changes to Terms will signify your agreement to be bound by them.
9. Refund Policy
Considering the specialized nature of our classes no refund is applicable after registering for a course. A refund request can be considered in rare circumstances on the sole discretion of the management of La Foret Education Pvt. Ltd. Upon receiving the refund request by email, we shall initiate the process of accepting/rejecting the refund request. Students will be informed of the acceptance/ rejection of the refund request via mail on their registered email id.
In case of acceptance of refund request, the amount refunded will be as under
- Before commencement of Class: 100% refund after deduction of transaction charges (as per actuals) and Administrative charges of Rs. 2,500/-
- Within 10 days of commencement of class: Fee paid less transaction charges (as per actuals) and Administrative charges of Rs. 2,500/- and per class charge on a pro-rata basis of the total fee.
- After 10 days of commencement of class: No refund
For no cost EMI payments, bank cancellation charges may apply. Any interest waiver billed by the bank will be deducted from the refund amount/would be payable by the student, over and above the charges mentioned above.
10. In case of any approved refund,
- For payments made in Indian Rupees (INR), approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days from the date of approval.
- For payments made in currencies other than INR, approved refunds will be processed within 15 to 20 working days from the date of approval.
11. Shipping Policy
- Domestic Shipping (within India)
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 working days from the date of confirmation.
- Delivery Time: Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 7 to 10 working days, depending on the delivery location.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout prior to payment.
- International Shipping
- Processing Time: International orders are processed within 2 to 4 working days from the date of confirmation.
- Delivery Time: Once dispatched, international orders are generally delivered within 10 to 20 working days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance processes.
- Shipping Charges & Duties: International shipping charges will be calculated and shown at checkout. Please note that customs duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
12. General Notes
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen delays such as weather conditions, customs clearance, or logistical disruptions. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor the status of your delivery. In case of any issues or delays, our customer support team is available to assist you.
13. Enrolment/Subscription Non-Transferability
Enrolment/Subscriptions purchased for any courses, programs, or services offered by La Foret Education Private Limited are personal to the enrolled individual and are strictly non-transferable. This means that the subscription cannot be transferred, assigned, or shared with any other person, under any circumstances, including but not limited to situations where the originally enrolled individual takes a break, withdraws, or is unable to continue with the subscription.
